Description
Orange peel granules (zest) is the outer portion of the orange. Used for breads, desserts, to spice up tea or rice. To rehydrate, add three parts water to one part peel and let stand 15 minutes. The granules are very concentrated so only use 1/3 of what a recipe calls for in fresh zest.
